On Tuesday, July 28, our friend and favorite miso maker Anna Sugiyama is joining us for dinner!

This evening will feature food from The Wayland Mill: yoshoku Americana cuisine, our take on comforting American classics with strong Japanese influence. Each dish will also highlight Yoka Miso’s beautiful ferments: traditional and not-so-traditional miso, homemade pickles, and more.

Our MISO FRIENDS dinner will be served family-style. Substitutions are politely declined due to the nature of this event. This menu is made without wheat (and Yoka Miso is gluten-free!), but is prepared in a bakery where gluten is present.

$60/ticket includes food and gratuity. Beverages are a la carte.
